Understanding the challenges of both hair and education industries, a group of passionate and experienced teachers have given life to Aura Academy having a different stance. Our vision statement is: Tailored education that suit your needs!

Here we aim to provide tailored education not only through dynamic teaching but through a well oiled student teacher productive feedback process whereby the student will inform the teacher of what works and what needs modifying. Through a lesson learnt process we aim to provide our younger learners and their parents a supportive, safe and open environment. We understand that everyone is different so for our adult learners we hold evening and weekend classes.

Our team has over 25 years of experience within teaching hairdressing and apprenticeships. Our teachers have mastered their craft in some of the biggest salons and training academies in the country. As a result the expectation level from themselves and their students is top of the class leading to high-end results.

Through structured training, the latest equipment and technologies with up to date training methods we ensure learners receive industry-leading training. Working in partnership with an independent saloon we will soon be able to offer apprenticeships. Partnership that will potentially act as the final assessor for our teaching at which point the students will be in a live service offering / client paying environment.
